Meet the Committee Members!
Trevor Kaftan – Chairman of the Board
Trevor grew up in Woodstock, NY, and graduated from SUNY New Paltz. He now resides in LaGrange with his wife and two children. He coaches travel soccer for the LaGrange Soccer Club in his spare time. He and his wife Annie are entrepreneurs, as they are a Cutco Cutlery distributor and own N-Hance Wood Refinishing and Valencia Countertops in Wappingers Falls.
Marilyn Brammer
Marilyn has been a member of TEG since 1989. She worked in Quality Management as an Admin Officer at the VA Hudson Valley Healthcare System and retired in 2019 after 30 years of service. Marilyn resides in Beacon with her husband Dave, and they share 6 children and 9 grandchildren. In retirement, she loves helping with her grandchildren, spending time with family and friends, and serving in her church.
Abhi Kakumanu
Abhi is an accomplished IT Consultant with a Master’s Degree from Marist College. He helps businesses in the Hudson Valley secure their infrastructure and optimize their IT operations. He is an expert in cybersecurity, network administration, cloud computing, and data management. He is committed to providing his clients with comprehensive and cost-effective IT solutions. He is also known for his strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Carol Campbell
Carol, a TEG member since 1992, is a lifelong resident of Pleasant Valley, NY, and is proud of her service to the Town as a former Councilwoman and Supervisor. She and her husband Bob have two daughters, three grandchildren, and recently welcomed a new great grandson to the family. Carol had a long career in business and accounting and retired from Dutchess County Government with 20 years of service. In addition to spending time with her family and friends, she enjoys attending local and long-distance car shows.
Dr. Niraj Sharma
Dr. Niraj Sharma is a Board Certified Interventional Spine and Pain Management physician at Cardinal Spine and Pain Medicine, P.C., serving the Hudson Valley since 2008. She has been featured in various forums for her medical expertise and commitment to her community.
