When I decided to go with a local bank for our home purchase in the Hudson Valley, I was shooting blind. I wasn’t local, and didn’t know the lenders I was reaching out to, so I reached out to several. Jeffrey with TEGFCU stoof out. Far ahead of the rest of the pack in terms of responsiveness, both in terms of answering my (many) questions or providing loan estimate docs, he made the decision to go with TEGFCU an easy one. With Jeffrey providing a great experience that made me confident in my decision, the fact that TEGFCU’s fee structure made them much more affordable than the other competitors was icing on the cake.

Jeffrey was very friendly, informative and easy to communicate with. Jeffrey not only did a great job to explain the process to us as first time homebuyers, but was prompt in replying to any questions we had regarding our mortgage application. Jeffrey helped keep the process moving along well and helped us feel taken care of through a process we were unfamiliar with.
